"The City Will be Overthrown" (1) - The Religious World Has Degenerated Into the City of Babylon

The leaders of the religious world stray from the Lord's way and follow worldly trends, they also cooperate with the ruling power's wild defiance and condemnation of the Eastern Lightning, and they have already begun to walk the path of opposition to God. The religious world has degenerated into the city of Babylon. The Bible says, "And Jesus went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves, And said to them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but you have made it a den of thieves" (Matthew 21:12-13).

"Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird. For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies" (Revelation 18:2-3).Today, Almighty God has come. He is not from the religious world and doesn’t belong to any of the denominations of the religious world, but is the “Son of man” who walks “in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks,” the bridegroom who stands at the door and knocks (cf. Revelation 3:20), and the shepherd who stands outside the sheep pen and leads the sheep (cf. John 10:16). He is God’s incarnated flesh. He is humble and hidden, never assumes his position as God, and never shows off or flaunts himself. He comes to the earth only to do his work and save man. What he does is the work of ending the old age and opening a new age. He uses the word to judge and purify man and uses the truth to conquer and gain man. He doesn’t do the work of performing signs and miracles of the Age of the Grace, but accomplishes everything with the word alone, because God’s working principle is to do his work in an ever-new and never-old way, and he doesn’t repeat the work that he did before. How can we blindly condemn the incarnated flesh of God without making any discernment?
